What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Paypal, MasterCard, Visa, Visa Debit, Maestro, Amex, JCB and Solo cards.

Do you accept Bank Transfers/Cash/Cheques?
No, you can only place an order with us via our online shop with one of the credit cards listed above or with a Paypal account.

I just ordered a product from your website, where is my download link?
We don't send download links, your product will be sent to you as a file attachment in an email to the address you specified within 72 hours of ordering. Please contact us if you have not received your product delivery email within 72 hours of ordering.

I can't unpack the product!
Your product is sent as a compressed file attachment. Save the file attachment to your computer and double-click to decompress it.

I'm having trouble installing the software
A manual describing the installation procedure is included with your product files. Please refer to the file "readme.pdf" for detailed instructions of how to install the product on your platform.
